Who we’re looking for
Sales Tax Exchange Project Manager is responsible to manage the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Sales Tax Exchange Program as well as the future deployment of identified projects. This position requires nationwide sales tax & project management knowledge and experience. This position needs to lead with influence impacted stakeholders and business leads through the design and development of the project and execute the implementation. The position requires a proactive professional to set and manage deadlines, ensure each milestone is reached, and interact with numerous departments, stakeholders, business leads, and external vendors. They are expected to deliver the project on time, within budget (internal and external), and keep all stakeholder & business leads and external vendors engaged.
What you’ll be doing
Project Design & Implementation
Manage & lead the Sales Tax Exchange Program from design to implementation.
Vendor management
Manage vendor relationships for the engagement and keep all aligned with the project requirements and timelines, including managing vendor fees.

Other related functions/accountabilities may be assigned, but are not essential.
What you bring
Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS).
Progressive years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry).
Written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, initiative; ability to multi-task.
Ability to quickly learn the impact of the Sales Tax Exchange Program on impacted departments.
Expertise in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
