Pest Control Service Technician
Flexible Scheduling – 4 Day Work Week! $45,000 – $65,000 annually

A Day in the Life of Pest Control Service Technicians
Flexible Scheduling
- Pest Control Service Technicians have the option of (4) 10 hour shifts or (5) 8 hour shifts with (1) Saturday every four weeks.
- Employees should be available between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm with some earlier starts and later finishes as needed

- Maintain high service standards across all accounts
- Be comfortable working with insects and various animals in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces

- Be a great communicator – you know what and how to say it, whether it’s to a customer or fellow teammate.
- Safety first – carry ladders, work on roofs, climb steep roofs, maneuver tight crawlspaces and attics, and lift 50+lbs
- Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards
- Pass a respirator fit test and may require DOT physical and pre-employment checks

What You Get as a Pest Control Service Technician
Compensation
- $20 – $24 per hour depending on experience level
- 10% commission on services sold
