The Pictsweet Company Hiring for Vice President, Finance Job at Bells, TN Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Directing all aspects of finance operations, overseeing all transactions related to forecast/budgeting, treasury management, banking relationships, tax planning and consolidate entity structure.
• Analyzing company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
• Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
• Managing cash flow.
• Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
• Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
• Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns and information.
• Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.
• Oversee production cost reporting and analysis.
• Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and systems to enhance the Company’s system of internal control.
• Participate in the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisition.
• Identify risks and perform analysis to anticipate problems and pre-emptively implement solutions.
• Use analytical skills in problem investigation and solving.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of experience managing and directing an accounting/finance function including experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant.
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, advanced internal control systems understanding, ability to understand and communicate at the conceptual level, advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Food related industry background a plus.
