Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP, Health & Wellness Analytics Wellness Expansion role will be responsible for developing strong analytic solutions to support the penetration and expansion of Wellness markets and specialties to grow the Health & Wellness platform. This role will lead all data & analytics efforts for Wellness GM and leadership team, which will involve fostering strong partnerships with Health & Wellness senior leadership teams and partners from various functional leaders such as Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, Finance, Credit, Business Development as well as others. The role will be driving the Wellness portfolio management, expansion, return on investment measurements and analyses, ensure profitable growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead all analytics efforts to further penetrate existing Wellness markets, streamline existing data and hierarchy analytics, unlock potentials within the existing provider network, grow organically
Partner with Wellness GM and leadership team, spear head initiatives to size opportunities in adjacent markets and specialties, as well as identify potential large and strategic clients and partners in the Wellness space, propose business ideas and project plans to senior leadership team and executives
Lead and manage 3rd party data vendor relationships, ingest and incorporate additional new Wellness market and provider data into existing data infrastructure, design and build new data infrastructure as needed
Partner across Health & Wellness Analytics team, collaborate with Provider and Consumer decision support teams, work closely with BD & Competitive Intelligence and Product & Capabilities pillars
Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance, business, or other quantitative fields or in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 13+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, finance, portfolio management, business strategy, or loyalty programs in credit card and/or financial service business
A minimum of 9+ years of analytics experience to include:
5 years of experience supporting sales, marking, business strategy, portfolio management
5 years of project management
5 years of experience utilizing SQL or SAS for data mining and advanced spreadsheet and presentation tool
Desired Characteristics:
Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience performing analytics, specifically related to financial service industry P&L drivers and key sensitivities
Prior experience in leadership role supporting sales, marketing, business strategy development and implementation
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and become a trusted business partner
Ability to influence C-level executives and senior management by building and delivering compelling recommendations, advocating and influencing decision making
Grade/Level: 14
The salary range for this position is 115,000.00 – 230,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
