Are you our next Site Finance Manager ?
As our Site Finance Manager, you provide financial leadership and guidance to our Bartow facility assisting the general manager with the five-year planning and budget/forecasting. You will provide analytical thought leadership and in-depth financial expertise to help drive transformational cost and performance improvements. You will thrive in this role if you have worked on large, complex capital projects and have a strategic mindset.
What will you do?
Challenge and support plant operations to achieve financial targets.
Provide financial service and support by leading the preparation of annual budgets, costs reviews.
Lead and coordinate long-range planning to achieve the plant’s 5 year strategic vision.
Partner with site management on the development and identification of transformational targets and objectives.
Direct site leadership on the realization of these established goals to track progress and ensure of initiatives is achieved.
Respond to internal and external requests for financial information related to the plant’s operation.
Lead and manage site’s compliance with and support of audit processes (Internal – External – SOX).
Provide financial leadership as a member of the local plant management team through involvement in the decision-making process for all aspects of plant operations including safety, discipline, strategy, commercial, and finance.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of progressive financial or accounting experience
Working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
Demonstrated understanding and commitment to internal controls
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Experience in overseeing budgets and strategic plans for large $500 Million projects
Experience with forecasting for multi-million-dollar projects.
Ability to work independently
Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills
Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels within the organization
Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
Transform data into actionable insights
Ability to resolve complex issues and handle multiple priorities
Bonus Points if You Have the Following:
Master’s Degree or CPA
Prior experience in fertilizer or other commodity industry
Experience with change management, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma
Experience in Financial Modeling
Experience/knowledge of SAP
Experience/Knowledge with Business Intelligence systems
Experience with Database Development such as SQL
