What you will do:
Complex calendar management and meeting coordination for executive, ensuring she is abreast of all important appointments and deadlines

Plan and schedule domestic/international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation

Track expenses and prepare corresponding reports

Assist with recruiting initiative such as coordinating interviews and providing a positive candidate experience

Supervise the administrative team with hiring, reviews, compensation increases, and ensuring executives are fully supported
