As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ financing needs are met while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities:
Financial Solutions: Collaborate with our sales team and customers to tailor financing solutions that meet individual needs and maximize dealership profitability. Present various financing options, extended service contracts, and aftermarket products in a clear and informative manner.
Loan Processing: Efficiently manage the loan application process for customers, verifying their financial information, credit scores, and employment details. Build strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and favorable loan terms.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all financial paperwork and contracts are accurately prepared and adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Thoroughly explain contract terms to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, fostering trust and loyalty with our clientele. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan approvals, interest rates, or contract terms in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive financing trends, interest rates, and lending guidelines. Possess in-depth knowledge of F&I products, including warranties and insurance offerings, to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on finance and insurance performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of growth. Use insights to make data-driven decisions that positively impact dealership performance.
