We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Syosset NY office. This is an entry-level position that could lead to a rewarding marketing career. There is opportunity to grow professionally and collaborate on exciting projects in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements/proposals
• Interface with technical personnel and coordinate submissions with sub consultants
• Manage and update information in our marketing database
• Assist with social media content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Communications preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong writing skills
• Commitment to quality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player
