Due to growth & expansion, Large International Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Production Supervisors for several locations throughout the US.
Candidates must be
– Not local – open to relocation to any facility AND open to relo in the future (2-5 years) for advancement These facilities are located, but not limited to MO, UT, AZ, WI, PA
CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR LOCAL FACILITIES
– Degree or comparable experience
– 2
years experience in a food or high-speed manufacturing leadership capacity
Relocation Assistance is Available
This company does not sponsor candidates from outside of the US
Compensation – Base Salary ($55-65K)

Details
– Manages hourly production associates leading by example in a manner that is proactive for the company
– Train, coach, evaluate and reinforce Process Excellence principles
– Work with the team to make sure that daily production is organized to maximize efficiencies, making necessary adjustments as conditions change
– Must encourage teamwork and compliance with plant policies and procedures
– Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines
– Assist with staffing to ensure decisions to the production schedule meet customer requirements
Requirements
– BS/BA strongly preferred (will consider stable work history & experience if no degree)
– MUST be open to working a 12-hour night shift (rotating days)
– 2-5 years supervisory food or consumer goods manufacturing experience preferred
– Demonstrated leadership skills
– LEAN manufacturing experience
