Accounts Payable Specialist

We’ve partnered with an industry leader in supply chain and distribution who is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Specialist. This Accounts Payable Specialist will focus on acquiring and saving invoices, processing payments, and handling other special projects to support the fast growth they are experiencing. Responsibilities:

• Acquire invoices from vendors, enter scanned invoices into system, and ensure proper General Ledger coding
• Process vendor RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Process payments, including wire payments, ACH payments, and check payments
• Back up international wire payments
• Back up for tracking daily cash activities
• Order supplies
• Other special projects, depending on need

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Organization skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
