Overview:
Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for the North America Operating Unit dispensed customer and zone teams. This role will support the North America Operating Unit finance, sales, and operation leads to enable decision making, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of the organization’s financial goals. Develops Business Plan and Rolling estimate for the dispensed customer and zone teams. Develops and distributes monthly consolidated volume and financial data to the leadership team. Conducts volume and financial trend analysis and communicates risks and opportunities to peers and the leadership team. Monitors financial policies and procedures to ensure adequate financial controls exist. Finds innovative solutions to create efficiencies across the Research, Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting Tower finance team.
Responsibilities :
Delivery of financial services to cross-functional clients in sales, marketing, and operations.
Manage the annual business plan process for the zone and/or key customers
Manage the annual accrual process for the zone and/or key customers
Develop, analyze, and prepare monthly volume reports.
Coordinate and consolidate monthly rolling estimates.
Collaborate with leadership team to establish volume and profit performance targets.
Conduct analysis on approved vs actual customer marketing allowances.
Manage and improve key accounting and control processes.
Assume point person responsibility for all zone and/or key customer audits.
Product business consulting, financial analysis, and special project support to the zone and/or key customer leadership team.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Understanding of Company policies, procedures, and organization. Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Strong leadership skills. Advanced planning and financial analysis skills. Ability to influence various levels of management with effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-performance cross-functional skill team environment while managing multiple priorities, making decisions, and demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
Experience: Eight to ten years of experience in accounting, auditing, and/or financial planning and analysis.
