We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate with a strong background in social media and content writing to join our team! As a Marketing Associate, you will play an important role in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for our company.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging social media content, managing social media accounts, writing for SEO and executing marketing campaigns across several channels.

The candidate should also possess excellent writing skills and be able to adapt their writing style to suit different platforms and audiences.

Key Responsibilites :

• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media platforms, marketing materials and email campaigns.
• Run community management / social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter).
• Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms.
• Assist in reports on marketing metrics (e.g conversion rates, reach & engagement levels, ROI)
• Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities and report on research findings.
• Assist with proposals and presentations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Helping to plan events, projects, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

What you’ll need to succeed :

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Experience creating compelling content for social media, blogs, articles and websites
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, and web analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Experience with Graphic Design (such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop)
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and create ad hoc content a must
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot a plus!
