Position Purpose:
Manage Coordination of FP&A activities to include; organizing materials and timelines for monthly ELT & Board meetings and deliverables, managing access to and internal hierarchy of financial systems SMI & CIP. Triage first level tickets. Role also include administrated support of VP FP&A and team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates monthly meetings for the FP&A Organization including managing scheduling and timelines, maintaining agendas, compiling presentation material, and conducting follow-ups
Maintains customer and financial systems including adding new users and business units, account changes, and account deactivations, as well as being front line support for user questions
Maintain CIP system workflow
Manage SMI helpdesk, resolve access issue and route inquiries
Generates department reports and conducts data validation checks
Provided general administrative support to VP FP&A
Maintain calendar, daily agenda, basic day to day administrative requests
Review, edit, proofread meeting materials.
Arrange travel, process trip reports
Support the generation of intercompany communications
Prepare meeting agenda, take meeting notes, manage follow ups

Experience:
Technical Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organization and time management, with ability to prioritize and multi-task
