Office Administrative Assistant (18$/Hour)
Office Administrative Assistant fulfilling a variety of office and administrative duties. As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will make the first impression of our organization and make all of our employees, clients and guests feel welcome! This role is responsible for the front entry area and for welcoming and signing in visitors, both suppliers and customers, as well as answering/directing phone calls and maintaining adequate levels of office supplies. Candidates will provide support to two leaders of the organization. This role will report to the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, answering phones, checking emails, filing documents, new clients intake.
- Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, using word processing, spreadsheets, database, or presentation software.
- Monitor clients &employee files to meet state and federal regulations, Develop and implement an organized filing system.
- Perform (ANY) and all other office tasks needed daily.
Skills/Requirements
- Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Reliable work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to use discretion.
- Must demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Flexibility- able to move from project to project as needed.
- Must have computer experience.
