Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will be responsible for the management of company personnel, company budgets and
expenditures.
Manage company project budgets and approve contractor payments.
Maintain good relationships with business partners and contractors.
Oversee staff and approve payroll.
Provide updates on a consistent basis to Sr. Management
Maintain open communication with staff regarding job requirements and performance.
Requirements
Excellent communication (verbal, written,) and organizational skills are required.
Must have the ability to manage staff and contractor budgets and payments effectively.
Management Level computer skills required – Google Docs and Sheets, Microsoft Office, etc…
Familiarity with Accounting practices helpful
Degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
