Financial Analyst / Project Analyst / Project Manager – Direct Hire, Western New York

Our client is a top employer and needs a Financial Analyst ready to move to the next step in his/ her career. This position is responsible for driving multiple revenue enhancing and cost saving initiatives. Healthcare experience is required, Acute care / Hospital experience is strongly preferred.

Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) managing a variety of strategic, financial projects. This is a highly visible position that has an impact on the bottom-line. This is a great opportunity for an ‘up and comer’ who wants to leap-frog their career and advance quickly into upper management. The successful candidate will either have experience as a Financial Analyst or a Project Manager in a hospital setting and aspires to be a hospital business executive.

Projects include:

• Buy vs build analysis
• Vendor consolidation
• Contract negotiation
• Cost savings initiatives
• Process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• MBA preferred
• Excel modeling skills
• Hospital experience (2+ years)
• Financial Acumen
• Project management skills
• Self-starter
