Position Overview:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager leads the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and business strategy for our organization. Conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Primary focus is to provide on time, accurate information to Management allowing them to drive their business with complete visibility.
This position reports directly to the CFO and works across all competencies in the organization within an automotive manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
