We are hiring a dynamic Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) professional reporting directly into the Global Go to Market Executive. THE JOB WE OFFER
o Articulate a Global ESG strategy based on stakeholder requirements that directly aligns with SPS’ growth strategies and goals.
o Design and implement frameworks that meet the requirements of external ESG standards and prepare SPS for an external certification.
o Support the integration of ESG practices into the SPS operating model and the roll-out across the global organization.
o Keep abreast of developing ESG trends, best practices and industry standards that are relevant to SPS, and how they can contribute to the success of SPS.
o Analyze and aggregate ESG data from the regions/departments on a regular basis and ensure strong data quality.
o Provide annual ESG reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of the annual ESG report.
o Prepare ESG content for external communications, including clients, prospects, and partners.
o Drive employee engagement and internal communication to foster an ESG culture.
o Develop reporting to the Board on initiatives and customer feedback
THE PROFILE WE NEED
o Ideally 5-7 years of substantial experience in the areas of ESG, preferably in the Financial Services, Consulting or Business Services industry.
o Bachelor degree preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
o Experience in designing or redesigning an ESG program.
o Experience in driving ESG maturity to achieve external certification such as B Corp.
o Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface and communicate effectively with all business functions throughout the organization.
o Dedicated understanding of a diverse culture and being inspired by an inclusive global environment.
o Knowledge of policy and regulatory developments, disclosure requirements and best practices.
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and use data to highlight trends and communicate data clearly and concisely.
o Agile working style, characterized by fast pace and willingness to accept uncertainty in initial analyses.
o Fluent in English, German is an asset.
o Willingness to travel (20 – 40%)
