As a part of the Human Capital Strategy & Insights (HCSI) COE, this role will focus on the coordinated production of strategic materials and presentations for Truist’s Executive Leadership, Board & Committee meetings and Regulatory purposes. The HCSI Consultant will drive strategic, thoughtful and coordinated responses across HR & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) building a consistent storyline, collecting and analyzing relevant data and preparing talking points for Executive Leaders. Additionally, the role will require strong partnership across all HR centers of excellence (eg, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Total Rewards etc ) as well as with Senior HR Business Partners aligned to our Lines of Businesses and Functions in order to drive synergies in our human capital storytelling across the bank.
