Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is now hiring an entry level full time Automotive Accounting Clerk at our Bluffton location. The overview of this position is as follows but not limited:
Responsibilities:
- Post payables invoices daily
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements
- Prepare accounts for payments verify data in system
- follow up on past due accounts
- Accounts Receivable-print monthly statements
- Call vendors for outstanding receivables
- Record new and used vehicle purchases
- Processing daily deposit
