Steiner Construction Looking for Part Time- Bookkeeper – Construction Office (16-20 Hours per Week) at San Fernando, CA Full Time


Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Part Time- Bookkeeper – Construction Office to join our team! You will be responsible for all accounts payable/receiveable and related accounting tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Review and imput all subcontractor/vendor billings
  • Complete all client billing through sofeware program
  • Provide Qbook reports for Owner review.
  • Perform all AR/AP work and other office support duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction accounting, or related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of Quick Books, Excel, and other software programs
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
