Responsibilities:
Full cycle AP processing
Process high volume invoices with accuracy
Scan, upload, enter, batch and issue payments timely
Facilitate daily and weekly check runs
Review and reconcile vendor statements
Effectively manage invoice processing across multiple systems
Work proactively with vendors and internal personnel to resolve disputes
Process resident refunds
Process employee expense reimbursements
Prepare credit applications
Effectively manage emails in the centralized AP e-mail box
Provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors
Requirements:
Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Accounting or Business a plus
Minimum 4-5 years accounts payable experience required
Yardi accounting system experience a plus
Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team
Self-motivated, detail oriented and adaptable to change with strong ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively meet daily and project related deadlines
Ability to demonstrate independent, objective, open-minded thinking to solve problems
Effectively communicate and interact with other departments
Excellent team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Intermediate computer application skills required including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with our company policy and state mandates
