Springhead technologies pvt ltd Looking for Category Manager at Remote Full Time

Specific duties will include but not limited to:

• Oversight of Radiology Heart and Vascular categories.
• Negotiate and manage contracts which include a market review benchmarking and selection of suppliers.
• Interact with vendors and departments concerning contracting and purchasing issues.
• Responsible for ensuring contract compliance as it pertains to pricing and service levels.
• Create strategies as well as tactical planning around the implementation of process and technology changes.
• Deploys Supplier Relationship Model (SRM).
• Interfaces with vendors regarding sourcing pricing and related issues. Manages information utilizing manual or electronic systems.
• Utilizes all available tools to gain market knowledge and to access best pricing of assigned categories.
• Documents and communicates the savings success and engages end users in needed process change or product conversion.
• Issues bids Requests for Information and Requests for Products and analyzes them for final decisions. Builds ongoing relationships with suppliers.
• Provide sourcing and contract setups for information technology, construction, projects grants and public health portfolio.
• Serve as point of contact for applicable department.
• Develops relationships with and regularly engages with Clinicians Operational Business leaders, External Service Providers and key suppliers to ensure end to end engagement necessary to develop the collaboration necessary for speed and performance optimization.
• Align hospital and best qualifying tier(s) or contract options based on available agreements.
• Collaborate with all relevant service line leaders to help ensure successful initiatives where conversion is required.
• Coordinate price load verification with MMIS systems and vendor partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Experience:

• Contract negotiation: 6 years (Required)
• Supplier Relationship Model (SRM): 6 years (Required)
• MMIS systems: 3 years (Required)
• Healthcare/Hospital: 5 years (Preferred)
