The Finance Manager will oversee and will be overall responsible for all financial, accounting, taxation and economic activities including some shared services like IT and legal.

Responsibilities :
Provide development and structure to the local finance organization. Lead, develop, and motivate a team reporting directly to the General Manager.
Assist with practices for hiring, performance management, motivation, and developing / training the Finance organization when necessary.
Ability to succeed in a global matrix organization and achieve sustainable goals. Management and development of Finance including accounting, controlling, forecasting, and bookkeeping to ensure competent and proactive organizational behavior.
Trim internal Finance and facilitate development of best practices to ensure effective and efficient operations. Control, coordinate and develop execution of forecasts, KPIs, and proactively follow-up on deviations together with both local and division management team.
Create local annual reporting and ensure integrity in budget development, budget follow-up, and presentation of accounts to local management team, Division Finance Director and Group CFO.
Implement and maintain a local reporting structure in compliance with group standards. Engage proactively in dialogue with the stakeholders and optimize the financial resources to ensure a sound management of the organization’s capital.
Active cash management approach. Secure local tax compliance with help from local tax partners. Participate and engage in global strategic projects and provide the project team with an overview and status on the projects in a quick and efficient way.

Interest and understanding of HR and IT.
Project management and knowledge is an advantage.
Up to date with accounting conventions and experience with presentation of accounts and financial reporting. Knowledge about the IFRS is an advantage, but not a requirement.
