Our FP&A team works cross functionally and empowers senior leaders across the company by delivering predictive and insightful financial forecasts, analyses, and actionable insights. This team helps monitor progress against functional and business objectives, provides proactive leadership to improve business performance, and establishes scalable systems and processes that will support the continued growth of the company.

As the Head of FP&A, you will lead a team that drives global performance and alignment across the enterprise. You’ll will play a key role in connecting business leaders to the financial performance of their function and of the company, demystifying the intricacies of financial statements to make them easy to understand to a broad audience. In this role, you will partner with all executive leaders and Heads of Departments on strategic decision making, long range planning, annual budgets, and quarterly forecast cycles, delivering insightful revenue and cost analyses through weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Operate as a key senior leader directly impacting the company’s success
• Build a strong foundation for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including:
• annual budget development and quarterly forecasts for the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• long-range plans, in close collaboration with the Office of the CEO and the Finance Strategy teams
• weekly P&L and cash flow pacing reports, in close collaboration with the Revenue Management and Treasury teams
• financial dashboards
• Monthly business reviews, dissecting performance vs. the company’s annual budget, forecast, and evolution vs. prior years
• Upgrade the company’s infrastructure and processes with a focus on rigor and accuracy, productivity and repeatability, with a particular attention to driving data integrity across relevant systems and championing automation of key processes
• Support the monthly close process through close partnership with the accounting team to ensure entries are booked timely and accurately
• Analyze monthly & quarterly business results, KPIs, trends, and synthesize results and critical business insights to leadership
• Model business improvement opportunities such as new revenue streams, costs savings initiatives, or strategic investments
• Support and partner with Market GMs to analyze market level financials, forecast market growth, and provide ad hoc analysis to support market growth
• Quarterback Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, weekly Pacing, and MBR processes
• Build a culture of emphasis on quality, scale, accountability and integrity; coach and develop a team of a dozen financial professionals

What We Look For

• 15+ of relevant experiences in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, project costing, and financial systems
• Extensive experience with financial analysis concepts, methodologies, and systems
• Functional knowledge of accounting theory practice, regulatory requirements and reporting
• Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and planning skills
• Well-developed management, interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem solving, and project management skills
• Ability to provide leadership in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Travel and hospitality experience a plus
