AP Analyst / Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description:
Data Validation and Accounts
Payable Support are required for invoicing activity.
Verify
vendor invoices and details that they are correctly populated in the
Vendor Invoice Management System (VIM) with a high level of accuracy
and volume output in accordance with department procedures.
Review Purchase order line items for receipts related to the
invoice.
Verify Vendor remit information with attention to
detail
Process and post invoices that have been validated
There is a critical need to maintain the number of invoices
processed in order to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and
timely.
Required Experience :
Data Validation and
account payment support required for invoicing activity
Process
vendor invoices by data verification and data entry with high volume
output and a high level of accuracy.
Process Vendor Invoice
Management System (VIM) workflows that may require collaboration and
or communication with other business areas or vendors with
professionalism.
Follow department procedures and policies in
relation to invoice processing to ensure complaints.
Skills
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent with experience in
data entry
Knowledge of SAP desired
Knowledge of
procure-to-pay processes desired
Experience in data entry with
high volumes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer focused mindset
High level of attention to detail
Computer proficiency and system navigation skills are necessary
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Work involves
quality control with high volume while ensuring accuracy
