FP&A Manager

QUAD is seeking an FP&A Manager for an organization located in King of Prussia, PA. This is a 100% remote position.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving and managing organizational wide financial planning functions including mergers and acquisitions, bank and covenant reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager

• Managing forecasting process and budgeting for multiple business segments
• Overseeing acquisition and integration efforts and ensuring successful mergers across the organization
• Overseeing financial results preparation and presentation, including variance analysis and year to date versus budget
• Developing dashboard reporting
• Evaluating strategic initiatives, return on investment analysis, and project support
• Designing and implementing effective and appropriate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting controls
• Ensuring policies and procedures compliance

Requirements of the FP&A Manager

• Bachelor’s degree; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 5-10 years related accounting/financial leadership experience; staffing industry exposure preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling and data analysis)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-starting, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Additional Details:

Salary: to $150k
