Job Description
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. For a large division or manufacturing group. Responsible for managing all financial aspects of the group on a global basis. Key member of the management team providing business partnership and financial advice to the GM. Represents the group on financial performance and matters working directly with Corporate Office. Works closely with other senior executives in formulating the future financial strategies for the organization, establish annual financial goals for the business as a whole, and monitor ongoing performance against these objectives. Protects the profits of the group and drives efforts to improve the financial return. Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation. Builds a strong organization, directs the activities of a broad functional area through managers who typically own specific functional areas. Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of senior level finance and accounting experience. In-depth experience in most aspects of financial operations is required, along with proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities. An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting as well as an MBA is considered to be ideal.

Solidigm has one of the most advanced SSD technology portfolios in the world. You will be part of the leadership team focused on optimizing our Data Center and Client NAND business. This role will support the Head of Sales and Marketing and finance org execution to business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of Sales & Marketing investment, revenue planning, reporting, pricing strategy, deal pricing, KPIs, Brand and marketing strategy, commissions plan, and deal/design win pipeline. This will include managing a team of analysts to drive critical focus on enhancing financial processes, embedding systematic approaches to analytics, and assuring consistency. The candidate must have executive presence, be willing to collaborate and cultivate relationships internally, externally, and have high tolerance for ambiguity while maintaining strong bias for action. Prior Sales and Marketing knowledge and experience is valuable.
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $119,250 to $215,850. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
