Sodexo is seeking a Finance Analyst I Financial Planning and Analysis to support/process provide data analysis for all the Annual Incentive Plans (AIP/Bonus) and support the Sales Commissions processes.

This is a great role for candidates who reside within a commutable distance to the Buffalo, NY office, it will be remote.

This position will work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting (FP&R) to support all Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) across North America, to include (but not limited to):.

• Maintain the AIP/Commissions models and platform(s)

• Work with HR and Segment CFO to ensure the accurate criteria, tracking, reporting, and payment of all related calculations

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliation (Blackline)

• Process monthly bonus accruals

• Prepare summary metrics and financial modelling

• Communicate clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders

• Provide support to external auditors as needed

• Contribute to build and test of new calculation software

The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to build relationships with key stakeholders (HR, compensation, payroll, and finance), and possess strong time management skills.

• An Associates Degree, though a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

• 3+ years of related professional experience

• Proven ability to build cohesive relationships with other finance and human resource professionals across an organization.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills including the ability to present data in a compelling manner and format, and effectively interacting with personnel at all levels of the company.

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement.

• Has a strong sense of urgency and personal commitment, and is decisive, confident, open and candid.

• Experience with Excel Power Query/Pivots & Power BI is a plus

• Experience with SAP/Essbase/Smartsheet a plus

• Experience with CRM/Salesforce tools and commission software is a plus

• Experience with relational database (Access, OBIEE, Oracle, etc.) and complex financial modelling (complex Excel formulas, VBA, SQL) is a plus
