About You:

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s social media and digital marketing presence and deepen our connection within our communities. You’re the right leader for our team if:

• You have a passion for engaging with the community + love to create in-store activations that drive foot traffic and brand awareness!

• You have a get-it-done attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Smitten brand and products

• Oversee social media content creation across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

• Manage the day-to-day operation of all social channels and performance, including publishing daily content on all accounts along with responding to comments and messages

• Execute Marketing activations such as community outreach, product sampling, and in-store events

• Manage end-to-end brand partnerships; identify complementary brands, craft thoughtful pitch materials and generate ideas for collaborations, and implement buzz-generating activations

• Work with vendors to manage and distribute all marketing collateral for the shops

• Support Catering & Events Team (as needed)

• Lead the sampling program w/ our grocery and retail partners

• Work cross-functionally with product, HR, finance, and sales teams to grow the Smitten brand

Requirements:

• 2+ years social media and community marketing experience in companies within the consumer/lifestyle space (food experience preferred)

• Exceptional communication + analytical skills

• Experience working in the growth phase of an organization

• Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to create real impact

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage many work streams at once

• Occasional weekend availability

• Reliable Transportation is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Passion for ice cream, of course!

• Authorized to work in the United States
