SiteCare seeks a creative and organized Marketing Manager who will implement results-driven marketing initiatives for our growing WordPress development company.
The ideal candidate will have experience marketing products and services to B2B businesses in the web or technology sector.
Applicants must have extensive experience in authoring and leading end-to-end inbound and outbound marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate can track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously and delegate effectively.
This is a remote position. Accountabilities Oversee SiteCare’s marketing initiatives in collaboration with our Sales Manager and Leadership Team.
Lead the improvement of SiteCare’s web presence with a focus on creating conversion pathways. Tailor marketing plans and messaging to effectively communicate the unique value of our offering to website owners.
Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers. Build a social media and PR plan to improve SiteCare’s position in the market.
Provide product training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to sell the service effectively.
Collaborate with the Account Management team to educate and support clients regarding the service features, benefits, and best practices.
Understand sales targets and build a marketing program to support those goals. Understand and document the buyer journey(s) and customer personas and build an engagement plan to generate qualified leads.
Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget and expenditures.
Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights.
Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
Establish consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication channels. Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
Participate as part of the sales team in reviewing the pipeline, resolving challenges, and brainstorming possible solutions.
Attend conventions, conferences, events, and trade shows, as needed, preparing engaging displays and collateral and providing post-event reports and analysis.
