STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
If you have experience in “Quick Service” and want to be part of the excitement and opportunity that GROWTH provides, we are looking for you. You will be responsible for the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant.
KEY MEASUREMENT CRITERIA
1) Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures, ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies
2) Maximizes store sales goals versus budget and prior year
3) Maximizes profit goals. Manages food, labor, and other controllable expenses
4) Ensures the continual improvement of Quality, Service and Cleanliness for all dayparts
5) Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotability
6) Ensures achievement of proper staffing levels. Utilizes ongoing systems for the recruitment, development, recognition and retention of store management and crew
7) Ensures store compliance with company operating policies and procedures. Works with District Manager to establish store priorities, and develops and executes store plans. Conducts regular managers meetings to communicate and reinforce priorities.
8) Ensures protection of Wendy’s brand and assets through store compliance with Company policies and procedures
9) Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Must have management experience in the QSR industry, and demonstrated ability to follow and master:
1) Operating systems and procedures
2) Supervise others
3) Planning / budgeting
5) Interviewing practices
6) Training and development
7) Federal, state and local employment laws
General Manager must be able to stand for long periods without a break, and travel to the bank, other restaurants, area offices, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
