Compensation: To $160K Job Overview – Director Of FP&A – 32492 Director of FP&A role for curious, organized and financially and technologically skilled person. Experience working with a PE firm as well as a company that is planning on expanding and has multiple sites is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize his/her tech skills and financial acumen to convert data into meaningful analysis to help Senior Management make informed decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of FP&A experience, including management experience
- Experience working with a company that has multiple sites
- strong tech skills including Power BI, excellent Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze large data sets to assist management with understanding revenue and cost drivers as well as improve financial performance
- excellent communication skills with ability to work with multiple levels within organization as well as present findings to upper management
- in office at least three days a week
- Finance or Accounting degree required. MBA or CPA preferred.
