Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Temp to perm after training
Starting pay $19/hr (negotiable with experience)

Do you enjoy being in a creative environment? Do have great customer service skills? Then the role of Marketing Customer Service Associate is for you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting customers through the process of direct mail projects from order entry through to the manufacturing process.
• Supporting sales staff through internal management of orders.
• Uses computer programs to manage components required to complete internal orders (images, verbiage, letterhead, layouts, treatments, etc.)

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivelant

-Excellent communication skills- verbal and written

• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft programs (Access knowledge a plus), basic operating systems)
• 2 years customer service experience
• Prior marketing experience a plus but not required
