About the Job: You will be an immediate succession to the CFO in 2023.
The Vice President of Finance is an integral member of the executive leadership team to drive value and expertise over all financial operations and strategy for this growing business. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to build a sophisticated reporting and planning function that will accommodate an aggressive growth strategy and provide key metrics for evaluating the overall business. The right candidate must have a hands-on, builder mentality and be able to provide strong insight and analysis into 3 business units with the goal of streamlining and unifying complementary segments.

- Financial planning and strategy
- Budget development and tracking
- Tax and financial reporting compliance
- Developing a highly efficient accounting support team
- Forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance
- Analysis for effective risk management
- Translating operational metrics to actionable information and analysis
Requirements:
BSBA in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA highly desired
10+ years of financial leadership experience in a manufacturing setting ideally in a contract or a one source operation environment that is Lean and continuous improvement/quality oriented
Advanced systems and reporting, analysis and forecasting experience deploying KPIs/Dashboard and tools to better evaluate the business needs
Strong interpersonal/presentation skills; comfortable with board presentations
