This focus enriches our culture and better enables us to take care of each other, our customers and their employees, and our communities PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:* To provide excellent customer service and internal support to an assigned team ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE?* We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team environment, show motivation and drive in their work ethic, are customer-oriented, naturally empathetic and solution-focused, and can multi-task ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES may include* + Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal support to an assigned team + Act as a liaison between customers and team members when necessary + Provide detailed notes on phone calls, and track and code documentation according to standard processes + Educate and inform customers about processes, timelines and status of inquiries via multiple communication channels + Resolve issues with one call/one person responses + Direct calls to appropriate escalation path as needed + Track trends + Investigate customer feedback + Assist with developing corrective/preventative actions + Perform administrative tasks.
