Position Purpose
As the Finance Manager and a key member of the Latin America BU team, you will provide support to the Latin America Business Unit on financial management including strategic planning, KPI measurement, reporting, budgeting, analysis, insights, training, and internal controls. You will act as a business partner to drive profitable growth via assessing the effectiveness of business initiatives in the BU and sharing best practices with other markets so that they can be leveraged within the McDonald’s system. You will collaborate with other Departments (Franchising, Legal, Development, Marketing and Operations) to resolve issues and capture opportunities.
You will also be the gate keeper to enhance the proficiency level of the market finance teams regarding McD’s control procedures, policies and processes ensuring markets are in compliance.
