Seeking a highly confident individual who is a skilled and detail-oriented professionalable to balance multiple priorities. Must have strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, but also the ability to adapt, collaborate, and assist others as needed. Applicant must be able to courteously and professionally interact with others on the phone, in writing and in person. Applicant must have an in-depth working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software products and a working knowledge of various social media platforms with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
Duties of the position include oversight and administration of the member records, dues invoicing and billing and managing the accounting records of all of the association’s financial accounts. Responsible for accounts payable and receivable; filing invoices; and preparing state and federal reports. Additionally, the successful applicant will assist with meeting and event preparation and planning and general office support through answering telephone and email communications.
Minimum two-year post-secondary education from an accredited university or vocational college in a business-related field or equivalent work history and experience.
