This Junior/Mid-Level Sales Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) role will focus on delivering superior talent and candidate experience through proactive/strategic sourcing and assessment practices while providing thought leadership on industry best practices, process management and other key talent acquisition behaviors.

Hiring Manager Management:
Develop a deep knowledge of the business lines and their competitive landscape, and guide hiring managers through talent acquisition processes by maintaining on going, pro-active communications regarding status of open positions/candidates
Provide market and competitive intelligence
Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
Educate hiring managers on tools/methods/resources available and proactively provide guidance as to tools and methods most appropriate for their open requisitions
Proactively identify candidate sources, using them to build applicant pipelines through a wide array of candidate channels
Partner with candidates to understand their career goals and through deep business unit knowledge and knowledge of IEL careers, work to align candidates with appropriate opportunities
Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques, screen and/or interview candidates and provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration and candidate selection
Execute diversity talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse workforce to IEL by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles
Represent IEL at college career fairs and local job fairs on occasion
Teamwork:
Help other teams as needed; i.e. HR and Training
Collaborate with TA team on best recruiting practices

What You Offer Us:
At least 1 year experience recruiting in a Talent Acquisition setting OR at least 1 year working in a freight brokerage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate usage of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Experience with social media, career boards and other on-line resources to attract and interact with applicants
Technical Savvy
Self motivation and resilience
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Sales recruiting or experience recruiting for the transportation industry
