Overview
SciShield is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to develop our marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and help shape SciShield’s future direction.
As we scale, this is an integral role in driving revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for creating a scalable demand generation strategy and oversee all our demand generation and fulfillment channels, such as SEO / PPC, social media, marketing automation, website, etc.
As our Marketing leader, you will be the expert on marketing strategies and tactics that drive revenue while also creating a unique and consistent brand message.
You will coach, mentor, lead, and work alongside our existing marketing team and foster a culture of collaboration. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, understands the pains of scientific laboratory environments, and has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams that work seamlessly with Sales.
Your prior experience in research or marketing to laboratories / EHS will be important in shaping our marketing strategy to scientific labs.
To be successful, you will bring a combination of a strategic mindset and hands on execution.
The role will be responsible for the following primary outcomes :
Differentiate the company. Understand the market, the ICP, and position the company in the market with a differentiated message.
Bring the brand personality to life.

Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise marketing experience, with at least 5 years of B2B demand generation and lead generation marketing.
Experience should include oversight of a demand generation function across online and offline channels, with demonstrated, significant & measurable results (Acquisition, CAC, LTV).
