Your role as a Ticket Operations Agent:
Ticket Operations Agent (TOA) is a year-round, part-time position within the Ticket Operations Department. Your will help with a variety of non-game day and game-day tasks around the office including, but not limited to, supervising Ticket Sellers and Ticket Resolution Specialists, working closely with the Sales and Services teams to help with ticketing related needs. This position is great if you are detail-oriented, driven, and wanting to gain administrative, supervisory, and customer service experience.

Salary and additional compensation:
Per the California pay transparency law, the hourly pay rate for this position is $19.43. Part time, non-union employees are subject to the San Diego Living Wage Ordinance and rates will increase accordingly.
In addition to your hourly rate, the Padres offer PTO, employee discounts, appreciation, recognition opportunities and paid employee parking.
