Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager you will:
Use your business acumen, efficiency and problem‐solving skills to drive and grow the business
Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers
Engage the hearts and minds of your team and develop their skills to realize their best, both as individual contributors and as thriving teams
Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team and yourself accountable to achieving results
Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
Act as an ambassador for our brand dedicated to achieving results through your team
Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising and visual expectations
Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of SM/AM.
Be a role model for our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity
Qualifications:
You will also have:
2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
A positive attitude and lots of energy
A passion for people – both customers and your team
Confidence to give and receive meaningful feedback
Ability to do multiple things at the same time
Strong merchandising skills and an eye for visual details
Initiative to continue self-development
Required Skills: •Ability to work a flexible schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability) •Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed •Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings SPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
