Recently expanding their design and manufacturing operation to a new 140,000 sqft complex in Henderson, NV. We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager
The mission of Safe Life Defense is to design, manufacture and distribute best-in-class, innovative products to help those who help others. The organization is looking to continue its innovation and growth, and is looking to grow its manufacturing capabilities. Safe Life Defense is looking for capable, creative, energetic, problem solving Production Supervisor to be located at their main manufacturing site in Henderson, NV.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Production Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Lead a team of 30+ employees
- Establish and maintain KPI’s
- Establish and measure production goals on multiple manufacturing lines
- Direct and train staff for continuous growth and improvements
- Hold team accountable to attendance and safety standards
- Monitor and maintain raw material needs
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Working in parallel with the Maintenance, Finance and other Key Managers
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
KEY REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with extensive experience in people management. The core of this role is holding employees accountable, keeping people on task, identifying where individuals excel most and cultivating a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
