Job Description
Rockbridge Area Health Center seeks a full time Associate Director of Finance to provide timely financial reports, grant administration and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

As Associate Director of Finance, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for the oversight of daily financial operations and supervision of finance staff. Your day will consist of overseeing post-award administration of private and governmental contracts and grants. Manage the processes for budgeting, invoicing, expenditure monitoring, and cash management to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and financial reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a major in accounting or finance preferred
- 5-10 years’ experience in non-profit accounting, preferably within Federally Qualified Health Center or other healthcare setting
- Experience with accounting software required, preferably Blackbaud Financial Edge
