We are currently seeking a highly capable Controller to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This pivotal role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities aimed at ensuring our financial operations remain streamlined and efficient. Reporting to the CFO and Owner, the Controller will play an instrumental role in overseeing crucial financial functions, including but not limited to financial reporting, claims processing, deductions and rebate analysis, accounts receivable and payable management, inventory tracking and reconciliation, and EDI order processing.
Utilize advanced financial analysis to scrutinize and report on a range of financial data, including order processing, accounts payable and receivable, deductions, rebates, and claims processing.
Develop insightful reports that provide stakeholders with clear, concise, and actionable information, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Manage and optimize inventory tracking and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
Lead the way in managing EDI order processing, fostering seamless and automated transactions.
Navigate the intricacies of claims processing on the accounts receivable side, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Exhibit a keen understanding of deductions and rebates, analyzing trends and patterns to minimize financial discrepancies.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your financial expertise to drive cohesive efforts.
Play a critical role in other assigned duties, contributing your skills and insights to enhance overall financial operations.
Requirements
An undergraduate degree in business or a related field is preferred, demonstrating your strong educational foundation.
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or finance is preferred, showcasing your extensive background in financial operations.
Your exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to excel both independently and collaboratively are key assets in this role.
Flourishing in a fast-paced environment, you exhibit a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
Your team-oriented mindset and cross-functional capabilities allow you to thrive in diverse work settings.
Proficiency in Excell, Edi, Microsoft Office is crucial, while prior experience with Fish Bowl is a definite advantage.
