RightWay Automotive is a growing dealership. The objective is to have you managing your own store in as little as 12 months and multiple stores by 36 months. During your first year you will actively participate in sales, customer service, finance, operations and more to fully understand all roles within our dealership. Previous successful car sales experience required.
Responsibilities
- Generate outside business to drive new sales opportunities
- Monitor and analyze store expenses
- Rehash approvals with lenders
- Sell vehicles and foster relationships with customers
- Ensure employees adhere to our company values
Qualifications
- Used car sales experience
- Polite, professional, energetic and strong communication skills
- Confident to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
