Must be proficient in the use of Excel and Word. This position required a BA degree in Accounting and prefer 2-4 years of experience. Flexibility and the ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a prompt and professional manner is essential.
Must be able to work cooperatively and cordially with our Residents, Staff and Public. Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger. Reconcile accounts monthly and maintain work papers or subsidiary ledgers and needed.
Maintain a working knowledge of the billing and cash receipts process, including Medicaid and Medicare claims processing.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
