Locums – Maywood, Illinois, Gastroenterology Job

- Schedule: M-F 7a – 5:30pm, 24 hour call on the weekends
- Both sites are 5 miles apart
- EMR: EPIC
- Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20
- Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12
- Physicians in Group: 13
- Number of Patients Per Day: 15
- Adults only
- Level I Trauma Center
- Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip
- Additional clinical responsibilities and opportunities will be performing GI procedures in the hospital campuses GI Labs
- Opportunity for outpatient clinics to also be held on hospital campus or in neighboring suburbs
- Provider must be able to interpret manometry studies, as well as diagnostic testing interpretation and deployment when appropriate (e.g. endoscopic manometry placement, capsule deployment, etc.) – Required
- Board Certified – Required
- IL license
