We are currently looking for an IT Manager to support our Western Florida offices.
.
SUMMARY This position is responsible for planning and managing IT field technician resources in support of our Brokerage and Title operations located along the West Coast of Florida.
The Manager of Information Technology will report into the Director of IT for the Southeastern US Region and will also have primary Business Relationship Management responsibility for Business Unit leadership.
.
The position will have strong interfacing requirements with various department heads in business units and with counterparts in the Realogy IT organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
.

Build a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
.
Manage IT personnel resources to best achieve the company’s information needs and objectives while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
Recommend appropriate staffing levels to meet these needs.
.
Assess and develop the talent of the personnel managed.
Plan and execute local projects to drive results that meet or exceed expectations.
.
Collaborate on or lead specific national IT initiatives as determined and directed by Realogy IT Leadership.
Ensure that security standards relating to data and network protection are enforced and maintained on a constant basis.
.
Ensure that established procedures are maintained and adhered to for any IT related work or IT requests.
Communicate IT initiatives and issues to users across the organization as and when appropriate.
.
Visit branch offices as permitted by schedules and priorities to communicate IT initiatives and build relationships.
Ensure that policies, procedures and standards are understood and enforced.
.
Manage the relationship between the local internal customers supported and the national help desk, ensuring the continuous flow of information and coordination of activities between the two entities.
Supervise and manage each of the areas constituting the Information Technology department.
.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Four-year college diploma or university degree with 3-4 years of supervisory experience and/or equivalent work experience.
Equivalent work experience includes IT related project management, technology implementation and IT supervision.
.
Prior experience in the role as an IT Manager or department manager is preferred.
Experience with leading and supervising a team in a work environment.
.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated project leadership experience.
.
Strong knowledge of corporate technology environments including applications programming and the supporting technology / network infrastructure.
Outstanding customer service skills including field support.
.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to operate a computer for long periods of time.
.
Travel as required – National meetings, local meetings, branch sales offices.
