- Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and mentor a team of remote entry-level data entry specialists.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by implementing quality control measures.
- Oversee the timely entry and processing of large volumes of data into our systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand data needs and priorities.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues and discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze reports to track team and individual performance metrics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs is a plus.
- Prior remote work experience is preferred.
